Return & Refund Policy

💚 We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Read on for everything you need to know about returns, refunds and exchanges.


⏱️ Return window

We accept return requests within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please check your items as soon as they arrive so there's plenty of time to raise any concerns.

Item arrived damaged or broken
Wrong item received
Item is defective or not working
Item significantly different to listing
Item never arrived
Sealed item unopened & unused

❌ What's not eligible for a return

Change of mind after use
Item damaged by misuse
Request made after 30 days
Incorrect address provided
Opened consumable items
Minor colour/size variation from photos

📦 How to start a return

Email us at support@kitchfixessentials.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item if it's damaged or defective.

Wait for approval — our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return or resolve — depending on the issue, we'll either send a prepaid return label, offer a replacement, or process a full refund. No unnecessary back and forth.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment it's processed.


🔄 Exchanges

We're happy to exchange defective or incorrect items for the same product. If you'd like a different item instead, we'll process a refund and you can place a new order at your convenience. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


🚚 Return shipping

If the return is due to our error — wrong item, defective product, or damaged in transit — we cover return shipping costs in full. If the return is for any other eligible reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
