📦 We ship Australia-wide. Every order is handled with care and tracked from the moment it leaves our supplier to the moment it lands at your door.

⏱️ Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
📍 Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days from the date of dispatch. This accounts for processing, fulfilment and transit time. Most orders arrive within this window — some sooner, particularly for metro areas.
⚠️ Please note: During peak periods (sale events, public holidays, Christmas) delivery times may be slightly longer. We'll always let you know if there are any delays affecting your order.
🔍 Order tracking
Every order comes with tracking. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your junk folder first — then reach out to us and we'll sort it immediately.
📦 Multiple items in one order
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers and arrive on different days. Don't worry if your first package arrives without everything — the rest is on its way. You'll receive individual tracking for each shipment.
🏠 Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. KitchFix Essentials is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
📬 Missing or lost parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbours and your building's parcel area first. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve it with the carrier on your behalf.
