🛒 Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your items to cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and more. Once your order is confirmed you'll receive an email with your order details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes need to be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us at support@kitchfixessentials.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to make changes.
I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?
Not always. Because our products come from different suppliers, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. Don't worry if your first parcel arrives without everything — the rest is on its way. You'll receive separate tracking for each shipment.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Check your junk folder if you don't see them.
🚚 Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We're not able to ship internationally at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10.00 on all orders, Australia-wide. No surprises at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive within this window — metro areas often arrive sooner. During peak periods like Christmas, allow a little extra time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your junk folder first — then contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is something wrong?
Tracking can sometimes go quiet for a day or two while parcels move between depots — this is normal. If there's been no update for more than 5 business days, reach out to us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly different to what was listed. Change of mind returns are not accepted on opened items. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Email us at support@kitchfixessentials.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item within 30 days of delivery. We'll sort it out with a replacement or full refund — no hassle, no sending you in circles.
I received the wrong item. What now?
That's on us and we'll fix it immediately. Email support@kitchfixessentials.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll arrange the correct item to be sent out at no extra cost.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
🍳 Products
Are your products BPA-free and food safe?
Yes — all KitchFix Essentials products that come into contact with food are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials. Product-specific material information is listed on each individual product page.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
Dishwasher safety varies by product. Check the individual product description for care instructions — we always list whether a product is dishwasher, microwave or freezer safe in the product details.
A product I want is out of stock — will it come back?
Most products are restocked regularly. If something you want is out of stock, email us at support@kitchfixessentials.com and we'll let you know when it's back — or suggest a similar alternative in the meantime.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right. For issues beyond 30 days, contact us and we'll see what we can do — we're not in the business of leaving customers stuck.
