💚 We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's everything you need to know.

⏱️ Return window

We accept return requests within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please check your items as soon as they arrive so there's plenty of time to raise any concerns.

Item arrived damaged or broken
Wrong item received
Item is defective or not working
Significantly different to listing
Item never arrived
Sealed item unopened & unused

❌ What's not eligible

Change of mind after use
Item damaged by misuse
Request made after 30 days
Incorrect address provided
Opened consumable items
Minor colour/size variation

 

📦 How to start a return

Email us at support@kitchfixessentials.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if the item is damaged or defective.

Wait for approval — our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return or resolve — depending on the issue we'll send a prepaid return label, a replacement, or process a full refund. No unnecessary back and forth.

 

💳 Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it may take a few additional days to appear. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment it's processed.

🔄 Exchanges

We're happy to exchange defective or incorrect items for the same product. If you'd prefer a different item we'll process a refund and you can place a new order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

🚚 Return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error — wrong item, defective product, or damaged in transit — we cover return shipping in full. For all other eligible returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
