⏱️ Return window
We accept return requests within 30 days of your delivery date. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please check your items as soon as they arrive so there's plenty of time to raise any concerns.

📦 How to start a return
💳 Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it may take a few additional days to appear. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment it's processed.
🔄 Exchanges
We're happy to exchange defective or incorrect items for the same product. If you'd prefer a different item we'll process a refund and you can place a new order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
🚚 Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error — wrong item, defective product, or damaged in transit — we cover return shipping in full. For all other eligible returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
