KitchFix Essentials is an Australian online retail store selling kitchen tools, gadgets and accessories. We operate under Australian Consumer Law and are committed to providing a safe, honest and transparent shopping experience.

Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen display differences. If a product is significantly different from its listing, our Returns Policy applies.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled by us.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards, debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. KitchFix Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different suppliers and arrive on different days. A flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all orders. Full shipping details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Full details including eligibility criteria and the returns process are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy page.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions and graphics — is the property of KitchFix Essentials or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KitchFix Essentials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
